Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH processes your data in the context of your use of the e-learning website conticollege.com in compliance with the applicable legal regulations.
Personal data entered by you is collected, processed and used by Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH for the purpose of contract execution within the framework of your use of the e-learning website conticollege.com. Insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract, the data may be passed on to the companies affiliated with Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH pursuant to sections 15 et seqq. of the German Stock Corporation Act as stipulated in the Binding Corporate Rules of Continental.

In ensuring the provision of the e-learning website conticollege.com (e.g., technical support), we transmit data to our service provider ICON Vernetzte Kommunikation GmbH, Wilhelmitorwall 25, 38118 Braunschweig, Germany.
ICON Vernetzte Kommunikation GmbH collects and processes your personal data on our behalf insofar as this is necessary to execute the contract (on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement or, if ICON Vernetzte Kommunikation GmbH is based outside the EU, on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses).

Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH only stores personal data relating to users of its e-learning website conticollege.com if consent for this has been provided. The data is stored and/or used solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry/concern/participation in the competition. Your data is erased once processing of your inquiry/concern has concluded, provided that this erasure does not conflict with any statutory duties to retain records.

4 Protection of stored data
